Biography

A performer who believes the work is about more than just the stage.

Early years and professional beginnings

Hi! I’m Beth, a musical theatre performer based in the Kansas City area and born and raised in Warrensburg, Missouri, a small town an hour east of KC! I guess you could say I was born with a song in my heart because I was singing the moment I could talk and dancing soon after! Starting at age 3, I spent 15 years training in theatre and competitive dance at Center Stage Academy of the Performing Arts (my second home growing up) before earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with minors in Dance and Arts Administration at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Go V-Hawks!! Those 4 years were so special, but COLD! Soon after receiving my diploma, I traded snow boots for sandals and headed to the Sunshine State!

A Season in the Sunshine State

I recently wrapped up my first year post-grad as a Resident Company Member at Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre in Florida, where I had the privilege of performing in every show of their 2025–26 season! Working in repertory taught me to adapt quickly and embrace wearing many hats — from balancing multiple productions at once while also serving guests in dinner service and supporting front-of-house operations. It was an incredibly rewarding year that strengthened me as both an artist and an individual, and getting to spend it in the sunshine made the experience all the more wonderful!

The Why Behind It All

Performing has always been more than a career to me, but also a mission and spiritual calling on my life, which is why I am passionate about both secular and faith-based theatre. My faith is the “why” behind everything I do, and it inspires me to honor and glorify God and to serve others through my work. I aim to faithfully steward the gifts that I’ve been given with integrity, excellence, and a heart for others while always pointing back to the One who first gave me these gifts and apart from whom I can do nothing.

Career dreams and hobbies

My biggest career aspirations include performing with Disney, Sight & Sound, Cruise Ships, and an NFL dance team. I will not rest until I’ve played Anna in Frozen, portrayed Jerusha in Daddy Long Legs, been part of the ensemble of Mean Girls, and performed in Godspell as many times as I can until my lungs and legs don’t work anymore! Outside of the theatre, you can certainly find me under my electric blanket, planning my next Disney Parks adventure, curating the perfect worship music playlist, or studying color analysis as I work toward becoming a certified color analyst!

What’s Next

Looking forward in my career, I am excitedly exploring the possibility of relocating to either New York City or Orlando in the next few years! I also love choreographing, and it’s something I enjoy doing whenever I have the chance. As I continue to grow in my career, I have a goal to seek out opportunities to step into the choreography side of the industry as well. Wherever life takes me next, I hope to keep doing what I love, pouring joy into the people around me, and using my gifts with purpose!
